The ISAS H20 Manager

The H20 Manager allows a water user to dispense water by inserting a smart card. If the card is valid water will be dispensed until the user removes the card or stops the flow.
Smart Cards can be either:
- Prepaid so that when the value of the card is used no more water can be dispensed until the card is re-charged by the supplier.
- Account cards identify the user and the amount dispensed, this data is transmitted using the mobile phone network to the water supplier so the supplier can bill the user through its normal billing system.
The supplier can easily issue, or cancel lost, stolen or damaged cards to ensure the integrity of access to the water supply.
The ISAS H20 Manager is a state of the art, robust and reliable water dispensing device that is designed for Australia's harsh climatic conditions. It is tamper and vandal resistant.
