As a profitable organisation Pacific Controls seeks to give something back to the community and has a history of making charitable donations annually; for the last 10 years to Student Care Welfare Queensland Inc. to assist young Queenslanders to overcome their problems, find happiness and achieve their dreams.

Student Care Welfare Queensland Inc is a charity organisation taking responsibility for educating and counselling our youth to protect them from forms of psychological and physical harm.  They provide programs and counselling through school communities and by working one-on-one with students who are referred to them. OPPORTUNITIES

The main office is based in Tingalpa, Brisbane and another office is Gladstone in Central Queensland.  Dependant on individual roles, there is opportunities for certain personnel in each of these offices to visit other locations due to projects.

Pacific Controls works closely with a number of businesses throughout Australasia.  From time to time due to projects and skills there may be opportunities to share resources.  This creates the opportunity for some personnel within Pacific Controls to work remotely and in some instances off-shore.   

The brands that Pacific Controls supports are able to be applied to a number of applications.  These applications cross a number of market sectors (eg: metals and mining, oil and gass, water, power and food and beverage).  This creates a significant variety in the scope of work that the staff within Pacific Controls are expected to perform.
Pacific Controls places emphasis on the ability to provide solutions to technical problems that have longevity for the customer.  To achieve this it is important to have staff who are well educated and trained.  We therefore invest in employees training and development.  Pacific Controls as in-house training programs, however, it is not uncommon for members of our staff to attend courses interstate or offshore.
